Potential Issue with Benelli X50 Scooter Fuel Tanks

months, several dealers and consumers have contacted MRP regarding a leaky
gas tank on the 2008-2009 Benelli Andretti Pepe models in the USA, also
known as the X50 BENELLI X50 OR QUATTRO NOVE. We have received enough
questions and phone calls regarding this matter, that we felt it necessary
to make this post, as there may be some dealers and consumers unaware that
their gas tank is leaking. Therefore, in the interest of safety, we feel
it is important for consumers and dealers alike to inspect the X50 models
and make sure their tank is not leaking. To our knowledge, this is not an
official warranty issue, nor has there been a recall issued by the
distributors and/or the manufacturer.
Martin Racing Performance Provides Parts for Daelim
Scooters

but true, Daelim is no longer represented in the US marketplace. If you
have a Daelim scooter, there is hope for ongoing parts availability. Joel
Martin of MRP has added Daelim to their (always growing) list of
brands they have parts for. Check out their website by clicking on the
image to the left. Ask your servicing dealer if they have an MRP account.
If they do, they can get you the parts you need for your Daelim from MRP.

scooter wear for theUS market through a joint venture with Martin Racing
Performance of Miami, FL.
With a nod to the original iconic styling that appeals to
the modern scooter rider, the clothing incorporates state of the art

in rider protection. The company has been in the US market since 2008 and
has expanded with MRP so that the US rider can now access its full range

Martin Racing Performance Adds More Bands For Parts

Joel Martin of MRP is trying
to help all the consumers looking for parts. MRP has some parts for Tank
Scooters (they just closed last week so a lot of consumers need help
on these lesser known Chinese brands that are closing) MRP is now
adding all Benelli – Andretti part numbers and parts to its website.
Manuals will be under the repair manuals section. In the repair section
you can now find Andretti, CPI, Diamo, New Italjet (CF MOTO), QJ, TNG,
and Linhai 150 / 250 / 260 Scooters all parts available from MRP or one
of its dealers.

MRP
and CMSI are pleased to announce to the US dealer base a new parts and
aftermarket sales agreement between the two companies. Starting Mid
November MRP will be taking over all OEM parts and Aftermarket
distribution of parts for CMSI. The agreement allows MRP to expand its
dealer base while helping CMSI dealers have a wider range of products
and accessories.
CMSI currently markets and distributes a broad range of product brands
including TNG (Twist n' Go) and PM Tuning Racing Products as well
Innovative Soft Storage Solutions. As part of the agreement MRP will be
absorbing the parts distribution, PM Tuning USA, and the Soft Storage
merchandise while CMSI focuses on the unit sales. “Looking forward to
2010 we feel that TNG has a great program for its distributors and
dealers which will allow us to expand into a whole new range of
dealerships, we also admire the work and effort TNG has made the past 15
years meaning it’s a brand we want to represent” further commented
Martin.
